REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Order / Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel an order or service booking within the specified time frame (e.g., 24–48 hours) before the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only for valid reasons such as service not delivered, duplicate payments, or product-related issues. All refund requests will be reviewed and approved based on our internal guidelines.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be initiated using the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for change of mind, improper use of the service/product, inaccurate information provided by the customer, or any conditions clearly stated as non-refundable.
