Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Cancellation

Clients may request cancellation of services within the agreed timeframe stated in their contract or proposal. Requests made after project initiation may not qualify for a full refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under valid circumstances such as non-delivery of agreed services, duplicate payments, or technical errors. All requests are subject to internal review and approval.

3. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for completed milestones, change of scope after approval, client-side delays, or services explicitly marked as non-refundable in the agreement.
