REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Order / Booking Cancellation
Orders or service bookings may be canceled within a specified period (typically 24–48 hours) before the scheduled service date. Late cancellations may not qualify for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only considered for valid reasons such as service not delivered, duplicate payment, or confirmed product defects. All requests are reviewed according to our policies.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on the payment provider.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds are not applicable for change of preference, incorrect information provided by the customer, improper usage, or items/services marked non-refundable.
