Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Consultation / Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel a consultation or financial service booking within 24–48 hours before the scheduled session. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered only in cases such as duplicate payment, service not delivered, or booking errors. All refund requests are reviewed based on our internal policies.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Processing may take 5–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, change of mind, incorrect information provided by clients, or services clearly marked as non-refundable.
