REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Service Cancellation
Clients may cancel a service booking within 24–48 hours of the scheduled date. Cancellations made after this period may be ineligible for a refund due to administrative costs already incurred.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for valid reasons, such as non-delivery of service or duplicate payments. All requests are reviewed internally to ensure they meet our service guidelines.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund is approved, it will be initiated via the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for a "change of mind," providing incorrect information, or for any services explicitly marked as non-refundable during the consultation phase.
