Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Service Booking Cancellation

Customers may cancel their car wash or detailing booking up to 24–48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made after this window may not qualify for a refund, as preparation and scheduling are already in process.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided only for valid reasons such as services not delivered, duplicate transactions, or genuine issues directly related to the service purchased. All refund requests are carefully reviewed and approved according to our internal guidelines.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be issued through the original method of payment. The processing period may take between 5–7 business days depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

4. No-Refund Situations

Refunds are not issued for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect information provided during booking, misuse of a service, or any conditions clearly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
