Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Session / Plan Cancellation
Customers may cancel a training session or membership plan within 24–48 hours before the scheduled session or plan activation. Any cancellation made after this period may not qualify for a refund due to trainer scheduling and program preparation.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only in valid situations such as technical issues that restrict access to the program, duplicate payments, or services not delivered as promised. All refund requests are carefully reviewed according to our internal fitness service guidelines.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the original mode of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take 5–7 business days to reflect.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind after a plan is activated, partial use of a plan or session, incorrect information provided during onboarding, or services clearly specified as non-refundable.
