REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Membership Fees
All membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer or required by applicable law. Once a membership is activated, it cannot be refunded for unused time.
2. Cancellation of Membership
Members may cancel their membership by providing prior notice through the official contact method provided on our website or at the gym. Cancellation will stop future billing, but no refunds will be issued for the current active period.
3. Session & Appointment Cancellation
Personal training sessions or booked appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed sessions may not be rescheduled or refunded.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical or exceptional situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to valid documentation and management approval.
