Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled by contacting us in advance. We request prior notice to help us manage schedules efficiently. Same-day or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours so we can review the concern and offer a suitable resolution.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take a few business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
