Refund & Cancel Policy
1. Service Termination
Consultation and engineering bookings may be modified or canceled within a 48-hour window prior to the scheduled engagement. Cancellations outside this period are subject to a late-termination fee as per our service agreement.
2. Refund Authorization
Refunds are issued solely for technical discrepancies, duplicate transactions, or failure to initiate service. Every request undergoes a formal review by our finance and technical audit departments to ensure compliance with our internal benchmarks.
3. Transaction Timelines
Once a refund is authorized, capital is returned via the original acquisition method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to reflect in your enterprise accounts, depending on your financial institution's processing speed.
4. Non-Refundable Engagements
Refunds are not granted for changes in corporate strategy, improper implementation of provided solutions, or services rendered in full as per the initial project scope.
