Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Service Cancellation
As Evergreen Valley primarily provides informational content and guidance, most services are free to access. If any consultation or paid service is offered, cancellation must be requested before the scheduled session.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds apply only in cases where a paid consultation was not delivered or a duplicate payment occurred. Each request will be reviewed individually.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for missed appointments, change of mind after consultation delivery, or incorrect details submitted by the user.
