Cancellation policy

1. Order / Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel a service booking or order within a specified time frame prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, especially once production or preparation has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in valid cases such as services not delivered, duplicate payments, or billing errors. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with Cast Studio’s internal policies.

3. Refund Process & Timeline

Approved refunds are processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary but typically take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

4. No-Refund Situations

Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind, partial service usage, delays caused by incorrect information provided by the client, or services clearly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase.
