Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Order / Booking Cancellation
Parents or guardians may cancel a booking within the specified time frame (typically 24–48 hours) prior to the scheduled start date or session. Cancellations made after this period, or missed sessions without prior notice, may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only for valid reasons such as service not delivered, duplicate payment, or product issues. All refund requests will be reviewed and approved based on our internal guidelines.
3. Refund Process & Timeline
Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds are typically completed within 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.
4. No-Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued for change of plans, late cancellations, missed sessions, incorrect information provided during booking, or for any services clearly marked as non-refundable at the time of booking.
